LATEST UPDATES ON COVID-19 REGULATIONS & RESTRICTIONS

There are no longer any restrictions for entry into Slovenia related to measures to curb the spread of the new coronavirus. In Slovenia, the so-called RVT conditions – Recovered, Vaccinated, or Tested – are no longer required to use most services.

Hospitality activity in Slovenia has therefore fully resumed with no restrictions. Regardless, some security measures and rules are still in place (wearing masks, hand disinfection, distancing, RVT conditions in healthcare facilities, etc.).

CHECK-IN

Because your health and well-being are still our priorities, we still adhere to the social distancing measures. So as a precautionary measure, our staff is available on-site only for a limited period (the Front Desk closes approx. 30 minutes after the last check-in of the day).

Here is why we ask you to inform us in advance of your arrival time and help us coordinate a smooth check-in. You can let us know about your arrival time via e-mail, our mobile number or WhatsApp. Even though we are not on-site the entire time, you can reach us via e-mail or phone for any questions or requests – we are always happy to assist, even if from a distance!

HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS

High standards of hygiene and cleanliness have always been important to us. That is why we have taken additional measures to protect even more the safety and well-being of our guests and staff members.

• The staff wears protective masks as required by Slovenian law and receives ad hoc training to ensure they comply immediately with new regulatory measures as soon as they take effect. The staff also informs you of all current requirements and protocols to keep everyone safe.
• The use of a surgical face mask or mask type FFP2 is mandatory for all guests and staff members in all common areas of our guesthouse.
• The staff is either vaccinated or undergoes rapid Covid-19 testing every 48 hours.
• Hand sanitisers are provided in all common areas of our guesthouse.
• All high-touch points in common areas are regularly sanitised. The rooms are cleaned with disinfectant products and entirely sanitised after the departure of each guest.
• Housekeeping will be available only upon request, so you always know who’s been in your room and when.
• Bedding and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60ºC/140ºF.

LOOKING FOR ANY SIGNS

If you or your fellow traveller are showing any signs of COVID-19 infection, please do not enter our guest house. We will help you reach the nearest health facility to get tested and get you the care you need.
